People’s Alliance for Democracy ‘PAD’ will Protest amendments to Constitution next Friday at Thammasat University to Protest amendments to Thai Constitution.
Suwat Wattanasiri said on behalf of PAD, that Thaksins PPP government plans to amend the 2007 constitution to get away with corruption and election voting fraud. ‘It goes against the democratic system and is a threat to the nation’ he said.
PAD leader, Suriyasai Katasila, said the group will gather 20,000 names and seek to impeach the MPs who signed the petition for the constitution to be amended.
