Assets Examination Committee (AEC) hands over files to Attorney General in Bangkok
Assets Examination Committee (AEC) submitted many files regarding the Airport bomb-scanner case to warrant Attorney General’s decision to press charges on many government officials under previous Thaksin regime that were involved in the Airport bomb-scanner corruption scandal. It is estimated to have cost Thailand close to 7 billion baht.
X-PM Thaksn and Attorney-General Chaikasem are among the many X-Government officials charged with malfeasance, dereliction of duty, collusion, fraud, embezzlement and obstructing fair competition for the purchasing of the Airport bomb-scanners for new Suvarnabhumi Airport.
