A-Power Energy Generation Systems to Build New Power Plant in Thailand
China: Power Energy Generation Systems Ltd. today said it has signed a memorandum of understanding to build and invest $300 million to build a power generation plant in Thailand.
The Chinese company, Power Energy Generation Systems ltd. rose $1.98, or 8.3% to $25.93 in morning on the announcement of Building the Power Plant. Power Energy will build the 600-megawatt project in Chachengsao Province for National Power Supply Co., a subsidiary of Advance Agro Public Co.
The Thai project is slated to begin in August and conclude 42 months thereafter.
