New Condo Development in Pattaya, Thailand
IFA Hotels and Resorts Development, a developer in Thailand, Raimon Land announced a $200 million dollar condo project in Pattaya, Thailand, ‘The Lofts Southshore.’
Pattaya, Thailand, a popular destination for Gulf residents, many Middle Eastern investors are expected to invest in Pattaya, Thailand, The Lofts Southshore.
The Lofts Southshore Pattaya will be constructed on 674,000 square feet of hillside, overlooking Pattaya town. The project is comprises 720 apartments.
Prices will start at 2.5 million baht per unit. The Pattaya condo’s will range in size between 624 and 1,820 square feet, Studios, 1 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms. The Lofts Southshore in Pattaya will also have Duplexes and penthouses. Construction will start in the 4th quarter 2008 and be completed by 2012.
