Exiled EX-PM Thaksin has asked his legal team to sue 5 members of the People’s Alliance for Democracy (PAD) for libel and falsifying government documents.
Thaksin’s lawyer, Watchara Seangprathum said that the PAD tampered arrest warrant documents and attached it with the images of Thaksin and his wife Khunying Potjaman. Watchara said the PAD was distributing the images. Watchara said he will file a lawsuit at Dusit Police Station tonight.
Watchara also said Thaksin is very unhappy with PAD’s actions and said Thaksin might even bring lawsuits against the Royal Thai Police for letting them distribute the arrest warrant documents.
