Thai Student Protesters shot in Bangkok, Thailand near PM Samak’s home
Two male Thai University students, 22 years old, were shot by 2 gunmen on motorbike with 22 pistol Thursday night while on a protest march with other students on their way to Prime Minister’s home to demand his resignation.
The students, Anusak Khian-oon and Apichart Nakrit, were admitted to Sri Siam hospital in Bangkok. Anusak, 22, had 2 bullet wounds in his right leg, Apichart, 22, shot in the arm, near his elbow. The shots rang out just after 8pm in Bangkok near PM Samaks home.
The Thai students told police they saw 2 men on a motorbike speeding towards them. The 2 men were wearing black clothes and black helmets.
