Banharn likely to step in if Prime Minister if Samak disqualified by Constitution Court

Chart Thai Party leader Banharn Silapa-archa is likely to be next Thai Prime Minister if Samak is disqualified by the Constitution Court today. If Samak is removed as Thai Prime Minister by the judicial review, the Chart Thai Party would have meeting to discuss the situation which could lead to the nomination of Banharn.
