Suspected ‘Bad Girls’ Banned from Protest Sites

The People’s Alliance for Democracy (PAD) have yet again shown their true colors by banning suspected ‘bad girls’ from their protest site at Government House. Declaring its protest site off limits to sex workers, the PAD security guards did not only warn the protesters against sex workers on the prowl, they also posted a picture of a girl, complete with an enlarged photocopy of her ID card, on the wall of Government House, describing her as a loitering prostitute to be shooed away on sight.

Evidently PAD thinks sex is OK because many of the protesters who are wallowing in their own excrement at Government House are leaving their discarded condoms in less observed nooks and crannies all over the site. It’s sad that a country that was built on the backs of prostitutes has a radical faction that turns its back on that segment of the population. Blacklisting a girl who has condoms in her purse reminds me of the Iranian Secret Police who actually cut the lips off of women who wear lipstick.

PAD and the mini-Hitler’s who are leading the uninformed and gullible down the path to destruction should be ashamed of themselves. The organization has nothing to do with democracy. PAD exists for the pleasure of its leaders and the raw power they have attained through guile and deceit. Perhaps they should move their protest to target the luxury Thai Massage and karaoke businesses along Ratchadephisek in Bangkok. More than 10,000 Thai men avail themselves of the thousands of upscale prostitutes their day and night. Maybe if PAD had another hard target in their sights they could take down the one Thai girl’s photograph they want to shoo away from Government House.
