His Majesty the King Leaves Hospital
His Majesty the King of Thailand has left Siriraj Hospital on and returned to Chitrlada Palace.
Radio Thailand announced that he was attending a private function at the palace.
His Majesty had staid in the hospital for over five months, with only a brief break for a public appearance on his birthday.
His Majesty was wearing a pink shirt as he left the hospital on his wheelchair. He had his dog Khun Thong Daeng with him.
He was taken to the palace in a motorcade.
His Majesty checked into to Siriraj Hospital last Sept 19 with a lung infection and fever.
